WordCamp Santa Clarita will be held at the 110,000 square foot Dr. Dianne G. Van Hook University Center on the campus of College of the Canyons. Offering stunning panoramic views of the Santa Clarita Valley it is the perfect place to celebrate the WordPress Open Source Project and its vibrant and eclectic Community. The University Center can be seen from Interstate 5 and is only minutes from accommodations, city and regional transit centers, shopping, museums, and nightlife.

Directions 

From points to the South

Take Interstate 5 north exiting at McBean Parkway; turn right onto McBean Parkway. At Rockwell Canyon (traffic light), turn left onto Rockwell Canyon Road. Take a left (traffic light) to enter the college at University Center Drive. Follow the road up to WordCamp Santa Clarita; parking is free.

From points to the North

Take Interstate 5 south to Valencia Boulevard (just past Magic Mountain). Exit freeway and turn left onto Valencia Boulevard. At the fourth light (counting the off-ramp light) turn right onto Rockwell Canyon Road. Enter the college at University Center Drive (at the only traffic signal on Rockwell and the fifth parking lot entrance on the right); parking is free.

The University Center is easily accessible by bike, bus, train, or ride-hailing service like Lyft or Uber:

  • Santa Clarita Transit bus service (Routes 4 & 14) radiating from the McBean Regional Transit Center, 1.4 miles northeast of the campus;
  • Two Metrolink Regional Rail stations (Antelope Valley Line Newhall and Santa Clarita)*; 
  • Twelve (12) Santa Clarita Pace Bike Sharing Stations; and
  • Lyft or Uber ride-hailing service
*Note: If using public transit, WordCamp Santa Clarita will be held on Friday and Saturday so check transit schedules which may be operating on weekend schedules.
